ASL Review / Spelling Words

Welcome to preschool!! For the last two months we have three new students! We have been very busy with learning the words of the month: The, And, mom, Dad, Cat, and Dog. Your children have been very good at reading and I am so excited to see them excel! It is so rewarding for me to see the progress each child makes from the beginning of the year down to the end. We have been learning ASL and Helen Keller. We have also been learning "Everything Alphabet letter Ss." For Easter we made carrots! The kids love to read and ask me to keep reading more stories. We read the Brier Rabbit and they loved it!

We learned about President George Washington on presidents day! One thing I love is how last year one of the students called him "George Washing Man" too cute!

I wanted to do a memorization game with the historical people we are learning. You will be amazed at how well the kids know this stuff! The kids love this!!

Kindergarten Early Registration will be sometime in Feb. I will keep checking with the school to find out exactly when it is. You will need to bring the birth certificate and childs immunization records. By registering early you get a better say in if you want your child morning or afternoon.
